In 2010, Tim Korney embarked on a culinary journey by opening the first Windy City Beefs-N-Dogs in the Summerlin area. The restaurant quickly gained popularity, prompting customers to clamor for another location in Henderson. Two years later, in 2012, Tim fulfilled this demand by opening a second store in Henderson, where he introduced the mouthwatering addition of Chicago Pizza to the menu. In 2023, Tim decided to sell the Henderson location to Sean Luckey, a Joliet native who had been a resident of Las Vegas since 2002. Sean, dedicated to preserving the authentic flavors of the Korney family recipes, and will continue the tradition of bringing a taste of Chicago to Sin City. Together, they will have left a mark on the culinary landscape of Vegas, Nevada, creating a delicious piece of history for locals and visitors alike.
