This is good stuff. Chicago style pizza mmm mmm mm! The owner Tim is from Chicago and owns a northside Vegas location Windy City Beef which is just italian beef and hot dogs, no pizza.
This place is next door to Nothing Bundt Cakes and the decor inside is great. Sunny yellow walls and Chicago sports pictures everywhere. Tried a thin crust cheese and half mushroom pizza, awesome crust and just the right amount of sauce. Will be back on the 17th to try the deep dish and other pies. If you love Chicago style pizza definitely check this place out. FYI - they still haven't received their liquor license yet as this is a new establishment, but the owner says you can BYOB and they will even put it on ice for you.
My favorite place for Chicago style eats is now serving Henderson. Plus, they've expanded their menu to include pizza. All the delicious tastes of Chicago under one roof? It must be a dream! Thankfully dreams come true. Legit Beef sandwiches, combos, polish and dogs. Their thin crust is top notch. Extra crisp crust, perfect blend of seasonings and a slightly sweet sauce topped with whatever your heart desires and gooey cheese. We enjoyed a small pepperoni and onion ($14), and large sausage ($17.50) on our visit. There was hardly a crumb leftover. Dine in, carry out or delivery. Get some!
OMG. I eat at the Windy City Beefs N-Dogs at the base of Summerlin and I always love it from friendly staff to the best Chicago Food so I had to take the drive to Silverado Ranch & Eastern as they opened a new place with Chicago pizza and Boy am I glad I did. I ha vent had a pizza this good in 20 years. We ordered a Chicago Deep Dish and a thin crust and again OMG the bomb baby. Everyone needs to go try it is is awesome. The beefs and dogs were the same great 1's that have at the LM store. If you are from Chicago this is your place and next season gonna show all the Bears games the owners said. I cant wait that long to go back but next football season I will be there every Sunday. Thanks Windy City for keeping my family so happy and close to home. --Jack
